Cerveceria Escala - Guadalajara

I order 3 different types of beer if they are really fan and know about artesanal beer, they find the worst beer in guadalajara. eating is okay.

We have several beers, which were well balanced and with carefree brew. everything is made with precision. excellent!

The place is very comfortable, especially the terrace on the top. but the best of this place is the great effort that the owner needs to brew good quality handmade beers. I had the chance to talk to him personally and you really can. the passion and focus on the detail he and his team set to make the best beer possible and they have a wide selection of beers very easy and easy to drink, dense and heavy if they like this type of beer. I liked the stout, but this is just my personal taste. oh, and they might want to try the guacamole, served with watermelon (a sweet taste that surprises everyone).

I tried the ipa, apa and the small batch black ipa. they were all excellent. the staff was very friendly and attentive. I also had the bacon pork burger who was excellent. the fries who came with him had a hauch of kalk im. flavor, a nice note. they were a cross between a stroke style fry and a steak fry. I'm not a big fan so they can get 2.5 stars. there are several tvs so I sat and watched the Australian open on one, and an NBA game on another. hard to top beer, burger and basketball. I have a feeling if I had lived here, I would often be there.

We 've been in Escala with some friends. There is a great choice of home made beer and they 're all amazing !
