This is a gluten-free, milk-free, sugar-free facility and a must stop every time I visit Guadalajara! Despite all limitations, they found out how to produce large deserts, and I'm pretty selective. Never had a bad experience of getting sick (I am Celiac) or with the quality of the deserts.
