Henry"s The Wooden Shack - Guadalupe

The place has great food and drinks a very affordable prices with daily promotion. It also has a very good view of the cathedral and the plaza de armas. My only complaint is that they not always have the full catalog of craft beers

Realmente son las mejores pizzas en relación calidad-precio. Tienen promoción de pizza mediana a 99 pesos los jueves y domingos y ofrecen una amplia variedad de cervezas. Sin embargo, no recomiendo pedir alitas, ya que son muy caras.

The food was good, I had pizza and my wife and children had hamburgers. The base of the pizza was very thin and crispy and the flavour was good. No craft beers seemed te be available, probably due to the COVID situation. Service was friendly but quite slow.

We enjoyed the selection of craft beers that even include a Porter and a Stout. And our second floor table had a nice view of the plaza de armas across the street

We were looking forward to great food in a great location but ended up leaving without everyone in our party getting their food because it was that bad… We ordered 2 burgers, but only 1 was served. The meat was so bad we couldn’t even eat it. It wasn’t spoiled, it just didn’t taste like beef, it had something else that made the texture weird. We also ordered the ribs, but when we bit into them they appeared to be boiled, and bathed in barbque sauce that was not very good but worse than that, the meat was still raw at the bone. The service was extremely slow as well. The only thing that we liked were the onion rings. We paid our tab for the food that was served and told the manager how we felt about the food.
