In serious mourning here after hearing that Bones closed down. I've tried every BBQ spot in the Bay Area, and nothing comes nearly close to the quality of smoked brisket here. We even asked for a tour of the smokehouse to learn the secrets, and try to duplicate some of the magic at home. Nothing came close. We miss you, BONES!
