La Carreta - Guanajuato

Some of the best chickens I've ever had. The wood fire roasts the chicken so tasteful. I'd eat there every day if I could. A real treat.

This place is really moving. The waitresses are efficient and helpful. It's probably the best Rotisserie chicken I had everywhere. You can observe how to cook in front of the restaurant. The chicken was cooked for perfection and was not dry at all and the taste was fantastic. The enclosed sides of rice and Koleslaw were hugs.

One of the only restaurants I like in downtown. The food is fresh and cheap. The service also seems to be great (probably normal service, but I am used to be badly treated by the other restaurants). Many of the restaurant owners and employees do not care about the quality of service because they think that all their customers are tourists who will leave and never return. This is clearly visible with the restaurants near Plaza San Fernando. You have the opportunity to treat customers like garbage and then expect them to pay tips and service fees. I don't like traveling to downtown because the restaurants are so terrible.

The chicken tastes good with salty crust. The soup is nice. Others are average.
