Every time I travel this place or go on, it never seems to open and I love lunch here

Sunday 25th september 1200 midday, found closed, met with group friends to eat there, shutters down, no sign for a problem, never go there again

Good food. the service here has hit the rock bottom. terrible presentation zero authenticity. I was served by someone in a stained black hoodie sweater who literally had no idea what to do or follow together a simple set. I was then briefly changed by a young girl who seemed no training unconscious that my eating bagged, ready to go right next to her. I was handed over 25m late without explanation, recognition or even a thank you. what happened to this place?

Terrible customer service, one of the worst I've experienced

Place was good but the girl at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. Overheard her being rude to other customers to, she didn’t have a name tag so not sure what her name is.
