Shocked to find this place! Random location but very nice establishment! The patio is really relaxing and well made! The coffee is good but very hot! Had to wait a long time to drink it! The Belgian waffle was our favorite and the breakfast empanada was good but the cheese/egg/meat ratio was really off. Had a little too much cheese for our taste. The frittata was okay. Wouldn't order again but I would come back and try something new!

Excellent customer service, food was fresh and tasty. This is not your BIG breakfast place, no six egg omelette here, the portions are normal, prices are fair and the choices are mostly based around baked goods. My wife and I split the Empanada (with hot link) and Belgian waffle (with mixed berry compote and banana). The empanada crust was buttery and flaky with ample filling. The waffle was crispy on the outside with a light fluffiness on the inside. Great single origin coffee selection too. Really glad to have a spot like this nearby. Next time we'll go later to try their stews.

Found this hole in the wall place that was absolutely adorable inside and out. Workers greet you with a joyful smile and the food is worth the visit. If you're a pancake or waffle lover, I recommend this place.
