Sushi Yamato - Guayaquil

The place is a classic in Mall del Sol, offering a fairly varied menu of rolls (including vegetarian options) with a ramen section, and meat and chicken dishes (ideal for those who don't like rolls)....In addition, they have a variety of cocktails....The food is good, the service is also good, and the food preparation time is good (they gave us complimentary appetizers)....The prices are not cheap, but not overly expensive either (depending on what you order)....The place is cozy and in a good location.

The food was delicious, the dessert was very simple but with a classic flavor, the service was good, and the prices were reasonable.

The flavor of the rolls is almost identical to that of other restaurants, but they feel juicier on the palate. The atmosphere is very comfortable with an excellent view. The service was very friendly and the preparation time was average, about 6-7 minutes. The downside for me is that the size of the rolls is smaller than average for the price they cost. Overall, if you can afford a slight increase in your budget, this place is definitely recommended.
