Finca Salamanca - Gueimar

Besides having your breakfast here, which is pretty fine, the dinners we had here were delicious. Since you have to drag yourself via car to anything else, the convenience and the quality right at your footsteps is well worth your .

My wife and I had dinner here last night. She had the scallop to start and the Salmon loin for mains. She liked the scallop although it had a lot of white sauce for only one scallop. Salmon was cooked well, as were the vegetables. I had the excellent potato croquettes (light, creamy and formed into perfect orbs) to start and the pork loin for main, which was very slightly overdone, and quite large compared to the amount of vegetables (pictured). Sauteed potatoes were cooked perfectly, as were the rest of the seasonal vegetables. These two courses with a bottle of sparkling water came to €45, including service. The restaurant was full by the time wed sat down at around 7pm, so probably best to book if on a weekend as the hotel guests probably eat here regularly. Good if not totally spectacular food, but lovely old world feeling in a very rustic and old building, which felt like a classic Mediterranean banquet hall.

We are staying at the hotel and have eaten here 3 times both dinners were very good The food is good but it lacks variety for lunch as it’s way too rich for day time and there is no where to get a sandwich and a cup of tea . We asked if we could just have a sandwich and were told to drive into town great customer service

Tengo pensamientos encontrados, me gustó el lugar , pero para mí el sabor … como decirlo, no era sabroso, no es que estuviese malo, pero le falta un algo . La berenjena con miel de palma , era como un dulce, si! Se que lleva miel , pero creo que no tiene que ser tan tan evidente. Los postres tampoco un acierto. Los quesos si muy ricos. El pescado bueno. En general la experiencia gastronómica no llegó a mi como esperaba. Quizás bebería probar otra vez , pedir otras cosas . El lugar ideal , bonito bonito . El servicio agradable. Estaba a tope, mejor reservar mesa, así saben cómo estará el día . Eramos 3, una bebió 1 copa de vino , los demás agua y refresco, 3 entrantes y 3 principales y tres postre 114€. 2 cafés Puse 4 estrellas por tener hamburguesa vegana y opiniones vegetarianas, gracias !!!

Opinión candente. . ¡¡Necesario!!.un capricho!!. un lugar muy raro donde se mezclan sabores y olores de productos frescos y locales, deliciosamente orquestados por un verdadero chef al mando. se siente. Los precios son muy correctos. y este lugar es un refugio preservado del turismo de masas. en definitiva, ¡un #lugarparavenir! volver rapido! ¡GRACIAS!
