Kfc -  Guelph,

Honestly, the chicken was not great - it was undercooked and unappetizing. Additionally, it took way too long - 20 minutes - to receive just one order of popcorn chicken and fries.

I went in on July 10th for the sandwich of the day I ordered 2 of them and also ordered a side gravey man was I disappointed the sandwich had barely any mayo the lettuce tasted old the chicken tasted like it sat for awhile and I was given no gravey and a drink cup worst experience I have had at a kfc also the guy at the till seamed hard of hearing and very down like he hated his job. I would phone and complain but last time this happend at this store about a year ago nothing was done

Chicken was undercooked. Best part of the meal was gravy. Fries were soggy and where was the famous coleslaw that used to be inclusive with the meal. Raise the prices AND remove the traditional contents of the meal. I have tried to bring back the memories of KFC but have come to the conclusion that it will never compare to the days of old.

This KFC in Guelph is the best. The food here is much better than the Silvercreek location, and I would definitely choose to come here over the other one. My experiences at this KFC have always been positive.

Went in to order a couple of buckets of chicken and lunch time.i was the only customer in the store. They seemed to be angry with the size of my order was told they didn't have enough and I would have to come back later. I suggested that they just make a batch big enough for my order which they did after the cashier and cook talked about it.Not a good customer experience
