Contribuisci feedbackI swear they forgot me at the drivethru after asking me to hold on. I waited for about 10 mins and had to say hello to remind them that i was there. They answered immediately so I'm guessing they did forget me. I have never had a good experience there. Staff are either in a pissy mood or they will never have items that are on the menu. Horrible location in Ontario.
Me and my friend came here, probably the slowest service i’ve ever experienced at a FAST food place. Workers up front blatantly ignored the line of guests on counter, and when usually in this case it’s because they’re focused on their drive-thru. I can’t say that as in the time it took for me to get up to order, and wait for my food I don’t think I saw the car at the window even move. The food was okay and the renovations look fabulous (other than the extremely confusing drive-thru order point, what speaker should I be pulling up to lol! but you guys really need to get your service in order, this has been an issue since before the renovations to this location and is what causes most people to choose other places over this one.
The bun was rubbery. The lettuce was hard. The fish was overcooked and greasy. The sauce was greasy. The dining room tables were dirty. Overall a bad experience. In the distant past, I visited this BK and others on many occasions, had the same sandwich, and always enjoyed the experience. Based on this recent experience, I don't think I would go back.
This store just had a renovation done. Super clean inside. I was with a couple of children and the man behind the counter was very patient with the ordering and the changing of the order then a bathroom break. Super kind staff.
Not usually one to write reviews, but this location needs a manager. If you are reading this and you are in control of the management at this store, big changes need to be made. Never mind that my order came out wrong after reiterating what I wanted. The staff here were so confused. Everyone looked lost. So many people standing around barely doing anything while customers wait in line not being recognized. On top of that, the woman working the window was loudly complaining about the drive through customers IN FRONT OF the line of indoor customers.Get this team some good leadership.
