A&W Restaurant - Guelph

Last time I was in Guelph, I stopped here for lunch. I really like the fact that there are no growth hormones or antibiotics in the meat.

So, a burger joint is a burger joint and this one in Guelph's shopping center is not much different. That said the service was fast and friendly, the promo prices good value and I admit the onion rings were delicious. Many seats in the Food Court and of course the washrooms are nearby. Downstairs? Nothing to think and if a burger is not on your own must-have list, there are a whole range of other ways to try.

Good burgers, great root beer. It's a booming business. Everything you'd expect. Never a problem in this place. Tonnes of seating.

The previous reviewer must check the Woodlawn that is near the Galaxy Cinema. This is at the Stone Road Mall Food Court. The food is standard A

The only reason we ever go in here is due to the proximity to the cinema. Every time i visit I tell myself that the service can't possibly be as bad as it was the last time, the time before that and in fact as far back as I can remember. Every time though the staff here find new ways to fail and annoy their customers. We went in there Friday night for a fast bite before the movie. Chicken strips will take 5 minutes the server says. Go and take a seat. We have 3 orders for the chicken We sit waiting and then someone comes over and brings one order and not three. We sent him back and he returns with two more and no fries. At the fourth attempt we eventually get what we have ordered. My burger was cold but I was losing the will to live after dealing with the chicken issue. Every time I have been here they make it seem like getting a burger and chicken has the complexity of dealing with the invasion of Poland. The place doesn't deverve my custom and from now on they won't get it. Come on A W please employ some people who have more intelligence than the average goat.
