I ordered the strawberry squad and thought it was one of the lower risk options. when I got the salate, it had 4 pieces of bread on it. I asked another waiter by when it was gf brot and he said no. I thought he was joking, but he said "no normal broth." he said he'd bring a new salate. I'm sure he can't just take the brot away and he promised he'd get a new one. I have the salat 2 minutes later. I trusted him and ate it and. I was very sick the next day. if they have zöliakie, dont go! they don't take that seriously.
I don't know what it is, but when I go to eastside marios, I always have a bite, although it says gluten-free
This is one of my favorite restaurants and today my first time was there, as I found out I had a celiac. I had the building of their own pasta and all that gluten-free was clearly marked. I had gf pene with rose sauce and spicy, along with a Ceasar salad with of course no croutons. it was delicious and not sick at all! I will be back in any case!
I've eaten twice last month from her GF menu. for the first time they could not find the GF menu at all. when they found it, I ordered a gf Pasta option. their cream/white sauce are not gf, so I went with the simple red sauce. the food took over 30 minutes to come, and when it gf noodles, yes, but in Alfredo sauce (not gf . I had to send them back and ask them to remake them. at this point my dining room partner (a child had finished her meal. In view of the typical attention span of a child, this was not a fun culinary adventure. I asked for an exhaust tank immediately and threw out most of my meal. we all know how good GF noodles, especially when they overlook, keep their shape and texture yuck! my second experience was a little better. the GF menu I was handed over was completely different (no pasta, only salat, lachs or steak.) I asked and received the other GF menu (after our server checked that pasta was even available. I decided to eat the sharp red this time much better. eating was pretty good, but I didn't feel very well with the knowledge of our server about gluten in general (although she was better than some! .
This was my first time dining out after being diagnosed with gluten intolerance, and I was pleased by the understanding and accommodating staff. The cauliflower pizza crust was particularly delicious.
