Easily the most polite drive- thru experience I have had, ever, at any restaurant.Whoever was manning the headset Sat. March 19, 2022, around 8 pm, hats off to you.Very polite, positive, and honestly, as small as a dinnerr transaction might seem, it is customer service like this that will guarantee my wife and I return and continue to.
Terrible never give you half of the meat or topping that other stores do. I ordered a double Crunchwrap supreme it’s supposed to have 2 layers of meat but I had maybe 1 half of meat and no second layer. They give you half the size of what a fry supreme is supposed to be. The store used to be really good but now they don’t care about the customers just the money
I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are a vegetarian. I asked for the vegetarian fries supreme and a veggie supreme taco and my boyfriend ordered fries supreme and a steak burrito and a beef soft shell taco. The problem is they did not mark the fries supreme from each other and it was really hard to make out the difference even after eating it. It was I think a great blunder when there were three people working and not a single customer not even in the drive through.
Tried to post a picture but wouldn’t let me) Imagine ordering a combo , paying extra for a fry supreme, getting home opening your box of fry supreme that only has like 10 fries drenched in topping glued to the corner of the box. Where is the rest of it ? So I call them up , mind you I live 15 minutes away and the Taco Bell informed me that all they would be able to do is give me a free fry supreme, so at this point he takes my name and I’m figuring that he is taking my name for the next time I come in. No , he wants me to come pick it up that night or nothing! Horrible customer service , he did not try to correct the situation nor did he even seem like he cared , I told him fine , if I’m going to get ripped off then at least I’ll leave a review with a picture so that other people can see the lack of service, he just replied “ok , that’s fine” and that was the end of that. Customer service has completely gone down the drain and it unfortunate because I actually have always loved Taco Bell. Hopefully a supervisor sees this or head office so they can work on the employees and don’t loose anymore business in the future. I believe customers are important and should be honoured if there is something wrong with the meal.
