When the staff are this unhappy, verging on grumpy and rude, I always wonder what the management/company are like to work for! Can't always blame the guys on the frontline.
This Tim Hortons experience was one of the worst we've ever had. It was so bad that we felt compelled to leave this review in hopes that others don't have the same experience. The kitchen was severely understaffed and unprepared, leading to us having to change our order twice because they were out of ingredients (like rice). The service was poor, with staff appearing to lack care for the success of the business or the satisfaction of customers. Even after finally placing our order, it took almost 15 minutes for two sandwiches to be prepared.
