Wendy's - Guelph

I ordered my second BBQ cheeseburger today and it was quite a let-down from the one I had last time.I'm a pretty big fan of Wendy's, but I had to inform them about this mistake. My *BBQ* burger was severely lacking in BBQ sauce, so it did not taste as good as it should have. ?

They forgot a burger in my order my fault for not checking when I got home I noticed so I tried calling 3 time but no answer it just keeps ringing

If you hate yourself and want to drown your feelings in fast food, Wendy's is one of my top choices. The baconator has just enough meat to make you regret your life choices and wonder how you got to this point. The staff are friendly, if at times a little slow. We had to wait longer than normal for our baconators so we got a free frosty which of course we definitely needed. They have those super cool coke machines too that let you choose from absurd flavours like Lemon Coke Zero which essentially tastes like something you would clean tables with. Anywho, you know Wendy's and my review isn't going to change your mind but this one is pretty big and generally pretty clean too. If you ever see me there, please don't make eye contact as I'm likely already feeling the shame of having a JBC on top of a baconator meal.

I really enjoy the usually very fresh food and service here but right now this location has a serious fruit fly problem. I had used the soda fountain a few weeks ago and had dozens drop out of it into my drink. After going back a few days ago, I was there with family and they were having flies land on their sandwich frequently. Until this is taken care of I would avoid this location for the time being.
