Beautiful crêperie in guern. very simple and amazing. follow wooden signs that go down the hill in the middle of the village in the direction of le sourn - it is a next road to the right - and they will bring them to this small chalet like building right in front of the village. it is as if you go to someone's house and you will receive a warm welcome. view in the back garden and the mirror in the bathroom is a wing mirror. it is an eclectic and fun place! exceptionally worth a meal for two with two cures and wine for €20. crêpes are cooked and served at a time so that they are crunchy and fresh and fast not all at once. very informal eating man crepes from both hearty and sweet will be under €3 so it is worth trying new things. drinks are simple but good. try it when they are close - they are very unlikely to regret it!
Sometimes there is nothing better than a good home cooked meal, with friends, sharing a glass bottle cidre. if they want to find out and find it good, that can be a problem, but not here. the wonderful brigitte has sued this. an absolute tee. my crepe-complet avec sauce tomate was so good I ignored the chance to have a sweet crepe and ordered another. what an excellent choice. I think that the creamperie could only be open on Friday, but if they are ever in the opposite, they must go, it is fantastic, secret, warm and welcoming and eating is great. I'll be back!
Lovely crêperie in Guern. Very simple and amazing value. Follow wooden signs which start in the village centre going down the hill towards Le Sourn- it's down a side road to the right-and they will take you to this tiny chalet like building just outside the village. It's like walking into someone's home-and you will be given a warm welcome. Goats graze in the back garden and the mirror in the bathroom is a wing mirror. It's an eclectic and fun place! Extraordinary value with a meal for two with two courses and wine for €20. Crêpes are cooked and served one at a time so they are crisp and fresh-and quick-but not all at the same time. Very informal dining-many crêpes of both savoury and sweet are priced under €3 so it's worth trying new things. Drinks are basic but good. Try it if you are nearby-you are very unlikely to regret it!
