Koalas Fine Food - Guerneville

Our food took 54 minutes because they forgot to make the soup. They said it was because the cook was new, but after 15 or 20 minutes if it's not ready you should give the customer the option to cancel the items that are holding everything up. I've been here in the past and the food was ready quickly. I'm so disappointed and probably won't be going back.

Our large order was ready quicker than estimated and everything was delicious. I enjoyed the spicy tuna roll and pot stickers. The staff was very friendly.

Great place Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and tasty food. We love the vegan ramen, teriyaki tofu veggies, and the veggie combo sushi roll! Recommended!

I personally did not like this place. We dined in their patio, and the food came in styrofoam boxes. The server explained they were still under Covid restrictions. I'm fine with eating out of a take out box, but I wasn't ok w the styrofoam nor the food being room temperature. The food was mediocre at best. My bf and I both ordered a bento box. The teriyaki sauce appeared more to be soy sauce and the tempura was fried in old oil; the CA roll was ok. Very disappointed. Only positive was the friendly server.

Service was very dissatisfied. We arrived at 11:05, anticipating proper service. There was only 1 other customer, which we sat for 15 minutes while she was doing her order. Now it's 11:35 are orders were still not taken. There was only one person working. Finally at 11:50 order taken. 12:30 received order food very distasteful dont ever order fried rice or chow mein so food was nasty and service sucked. The other girl came in and looked like she didn't even take a bath or washed her face
