Good day, I rarely write reviews, but in this case it is urgently necessary to keep other people from a disappointing evening. We wanted to eat today at 7:30 in La Flame Flame. We were on time for 2 people and were immediately assigned to a place where the previous owners were still standing. Actually, no topic as the store was well visited, but after we had about 20 minutes. Before that there was something unusual and inconspicuous. After 10 minutes and 30 minutes before dinner, the order was also picked up. So there was nothing special about the Alsace's flame cake. 55 minutes until we canceled the order and everything you can eat and for our 2 beer approx. 8 Euro paid and left the room disappointed and angry. If I leave someone practically on the left and revoke his actual order, which is an hour ago, then at least I come to him somehow. Since we got a table right at the entrance, we were able to admire how 7 more guests left the place, as according to their own statement, they had received a total of 2 hours of flame cake and that everything you can eat would not be profitable in any way. We also left the room as soon as possible after an hour without a single flame cake. It is creepy for me, as you always accept guests, while at the same time many unsatisfied guests leave the place. Overall, we had to pay the regular beverage price without any form of counterfeiting, because we was wasting 1.5 hours for 2 beers there. Today it takes longer than otherwise achso and why do you take new guests in the minute when you see with a service and 50 guests or so no country? ... We were very happy tonight, but we had to find that the 2 Euros are more in the Le Feu in Warendorf/Bielefeld if they are better inversed than they are not disappointed there at least. Today it is extremely full that I am not sufficient as a justification, I am sorry! Then I don't take up new people every 2 minutes, but try to satisfy them. The at least distances in relation to Corona are best mentioned....

Was very good today for the occasion of a wedding there, food and service! Great choice.

The staff is always friendly, the cook super fast and the concept of the AllyoucanEat simply top. At first something confusing, but much better than an open buffet. You also have a very good selection of vegan products.

Extremely long waiting times during all you can eat. Each time lasted 45 minutes to 2 flame cakes for a total of 4 people. The flame cakes are eaten in 5 minutes, then you can watch for 40 minutes how the food is brought to other tables. We've been sitting here for two hours now and we've only been brought two rounds of 2 flame cakes at this time, even though we've already reordered when we were served.

The flame cakes are very delicious, better than we get them home. Drink selection is good. Inside and outside comfortably furnished. Friendly staff and (on a Wednesday) had little waiting times. Very recommended if you like flashcake.
