Contribuisci feedbackI called twice after booking through the open table and every time they said I had no booking. it was for my daughter's birthday and even on the day when we told the manager we had not booked and then we said we had a book for 5 o'clock. my notification from my app proved it was for lunch. they have taken care of us, but really bad attitude. the waiter was great and eating was good.
Eating was good for what we ordered, but service was bad. restaurant was just about a third full, but it took an hour to produce two salad-based meal times, waiter was more concerned about his personal brooms and look than to serve the customers. even if it was remembered, it didn't seem interested. not the best francie bennys we used.
Kellner was very friendly and helpful. eating was very average, the quality of the ingredients was not as good as visiting earlier.
The children eating and the ribs were good, but my burger was very disappointing. we had a series of small problems with the service and it was a bit slow. they turned the music really loud and began to extinguish 7 times during our meal, which were quite annoying, "happy birthday." overall it was nice for the children, but a bit disappointing for the price.
Brilliant service. nickie our waitress was attentive, friendly and nothing was too worried. we didn't have to wait too long for everything and the food was good.
