They belong to the same owner, only in the second one, you do not pay for the view of the city. It also has a more intimate atmosphere, although the place was very full. It's a shame that they only take reservations for 6:30 or 9:15 at night. We tried to go at 7:00 and were told we'd have to finish by 9:00. The service was very fast, almost rushed, but the food was great. The dishes are presented beautifully, and when you see them pass by, you want to eat everything. We started with savory pancakes, a bit spicy, and then had a dish of duck and another with scallops and delicious shrimp. We also had a shrimp pad that I loved. The bill came out to about 40 pounds for two people with drinks. I highly recommend it.
