The New Inn - Guildford

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and observant , we liked the games as well ,my friends abs I had a game of scrabble While we were waiting for our meals ,service excellent and The food very tasty .

I brought a group of 19 walkers in on our Wey Navigation walk, having pre-booked the Mousehole area. Sunday lunch was efficient and friendly and hearty. The feedback from my group was very good.

Ridiculous! After an hour of waiting for food we asked one of the staff how much longer that would be. He went to check with kitchen. The lady who took our order arrived to say that the order didn’t get to the kitchen! She asked if we want refund or would like to get our food but actually half of the food we asked for weren’t already available. We were starting and very upset, decided to get refund and leave. It took me less then half an hour to cook at home. What a waste of our time, I won’t be coming back there.

I held my baby shower at The Mousehole pub yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, constantly checking in on us and offering to help with setup. Despite it being a busy Sunday lunch time, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was able to personalize the space with my own decorations and bring my own cake. The buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. I was able to select my choices beforehand and they were open to any additional suggestions. Thank you to The Mousehole for a memorable afternoon!

My partner and I, along with another couple and our two dogs, enjoyed a delightful lunch at this restaurant. The outdoor seating area overlooks the canal, providing a scenic view perfect for people-watching. The food consisted of delicious, well-prepared traditional pub fare. The staff was welcoming and attentive, providing quick service for both our meals and beverages.
