Friendly staff and efficient service! A good pitstop when you’re on the road.

How can you have someone operating a drive thru who doesn’t speak English!! You cannot put someone who speaks broken English and is only trained to read from a script in a drive thru. They have to be able to answer various questions but the fact this guy I just had the DISpleasure of dealing with couldn’t even explain why the “large” biggie bag is a $1 more than the “medium” other than it’s a dollar difference! That’s absolutely garbage and Wendy’s should be ashamed to employee people who can’t provide even mediocre customer service. SHAME ON YOU WENDYS!

Drive thru guy was extremely nice and my chx Sammy was excellent.

Way more expensive than other Wendy's in the state, don't go here. Burger fries and a drink that was 90% ice cost me almost $25 dollars. I don't mind saying that much for real quality, UT not Wendy's. Next time I spend $25 on a burger it'll be at aspen in old saybrook, where they fresh grind the meat expertly cook it to your desired temp and serve it to you on a plate on a table in s nice restaurant.
