Ashley's Ice Cream - Guilford

The ice cream is generally good, and the toppings are enjoyable too. However, the experience is ruined by the staff and the manager. I came in to see if they had a specific flavor I had inquired about a few months ago. I was told to leave my name and number, and they would notify me when it was back in stock. When I walked in today and found that they had the flavor I was looking for, I asked the manager why I hadn’t been contacted. She laughed and said it was all a joke, admitting that they never reach out to customers. Every time you visit, it feels like you're interrupting their private conversations. It simply isn’t worth it for decent ice cream served by people who seem indifferent to your presence.

The ice cream selection is fantastic, with multiple locations available. There's plenty of parking, and you can choose to enjoy your treat at indoor or outdoor tables.

Ashley’s Ice Cream, with locations in Guilford and Madison, is a fantastic spot for homemade ice cream and ice cream cakes. They offer an impressive selection of flavors and toppings. The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

It was really great! Paying $18 for two waffle cones with four scoops of ice cream and four toppings is a bit expensive, but hey, it’s summer!
