I didn't see any meat on the menu, just a tomato-based soup dip that was used for a unique way of eating the dish. It seemed to be a fusion of Mexican, Italian, and Asian flavors, but still had a Chinese influence. I had a local bilingual helper to assist me with ordering, as it may have been difficult otherwise. I was expecting dumplings, but the meal turned out to be more towards raw vegan cuisine, which I am not very familiar with. My advice is to try something different and step outside of your comfort zone with this unconventional dish.
