My main part of my order was a bacon, egg cheese biscuit. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got to my destination to eat my breakfast, it was just a biscuit. There was no egg, bacon, no cheese. When I called, she said no one is perfect we all make mistakes. I get it but a little more apology empathy would have been nice.

Albertville AL Chick-fil-A. I’m never disappointed at this Chick-fil-A. They set the example for others to follow. Good service, good food very clean restrooms. My mother always said you can tell how the kitchen is in a restaurant by looking at the restrooms.

Parking: Your making money hand over fist, at least make the parking lot be able to handle the traffic, geez
