This restaurant is quite popular and offers a nice variety of Indian, Chinese, and some Western dishes. We enjoy visiting to take a break from Indian cuisine and indulge in their Chinese options. While it's not gourmet food, the meals are satisfying and reasonably priced. They also have a large selection of desserts, including eggless cakes, cookies, and Indian sweets, which makes it a great spot for a treat!

This is a charming sweet shop and restaurant located in Sector 14. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is delightful.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. I was quite disappointed with the service I encountered while trying to order a glass of kullad milk. I had to wait in a long line, and the attitude of some of the staff at the counter was not welcoming. They appeared to be idle and were not receptive to my concerns. When I tried to explain my situation, one of them even pointed at me and instructed me to stay in line. As a customer, I felt disrespected and frustrated by this treatment. It’s important to remember that customers come to your establishment for both the food and the service, and we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I urge your team to reassess their customer service training and highlight the significance of treating every customer with kindness and understanding. Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere is essential to making customers feel valued and appreciated. I hope you take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your service. I can visit this place anytime, especially for the desserts. It offers a wide variety of food items along with an impressive selection of sweets. For breakfast, the dosa and chhole bhature are a must-try. I particularly loved the Raj kachori and the Rabri Rasmalai!

All sweets tastes very good and made with quality material. You know it when u try it. I didn't try any South Indian dishes, but north Indian main course tastes average and can get better value at other places. Always a bit chaotic around there. Service is also good so far. Well, Om sweets is famous for its sweets and it deserves it.
