The noise level in the restaurant is unbearably loud. Holding a conversation is next to impossible. It took almost 30 minutes to get our wine to our table. Our food took another 35 minutes to arrive. So we are at one hour plus by the time our food arrived. My $41 piece of Chilean Sea Bass was about 3'x3'. It was the smallest portion I have ever seen. Even my young daughter couldn't believe how small it was. For $260 for 3 people, 2 hours dinging time was not for us to sit around and chat (because we couldn't hear each other), it was the slowest service possible for average (at best) food. This is our second time here and both times service was extremely slow and the restaurant was so loud we weren't able to hold conversations without yelling. We will not be back.
The Food and service is always supurb. I have two complaints 1 Iasled to be seated in the main Dinning area, instead they seated my wife and myself in the bar area in a both. That in itself was not to bad but the disturbing factor was the back ground music level if I was at a dance bar it would have been fine but we were there to have dinner and the music should have been at a low back ground level not at dance floor level. I had to politely ask several times to have them lower the volume which the bar manager finally did. The remainder of the evening was just fine
We had a great lunch at Cooper’s Hawk. Our server was exceptionally helpful! Will go again!
The service was excellent! The food did not disappoint me at all. 10/10
