Drive thru service is really slow.... takes forever to get your order

I don?t usually write reviews, but they deserve one and maybe it would help the next person. I placed an large order for my staff through the app. When I went to pick the order up I was told that they didn?t have enough donuts to fulfill my order andthat I would have to call CS for a refund (I clearly see they did, but whatever). I said that?s fine instead of the two dozensjust give me one and some munchkins. The lady got so mad and rude, she was just throwing random donuts in the box and started toget nasty with another customer that was just asking for a stirrer cause there was none out. I canceled the order and wentsomewhere else. Never again!

Gross as He ! Very dirty facility and the bathroom was even worse, there was poop on the floor! Staff was not so friendly and hard to understand.

I visit this location 's drive thru about 2-3 times a month in the early hours. The staff here is often pretty short, usually the greeting is Can I help you? no good morning no What can I can get for you? I always order on the app, so it 's easier for me-and the staff makes me feel like a bother.Parking: N/A

Do not go here. This Dunkin charges the incorrect prices. Won't let you use the bathroom even if you buy food. My 70 year old mother wasn't able to use the bathroom.
