Hayashi Japanese - Gurnee

Our favorite sushi restaurant outside the city. Completely incomprehensible location with easy parking. The food is spectacular and the staff is amazing. We wonder every time we go, how fast our order(s) are ready. recommend this place! Dates, kids, together with a few friends, this place is great for everyone.

Our family had sushi on the east and west coast and this charming little place beats Nobus...big service, excellent sushi.

As a military woman I have lived a few places and this place serves one of the freshest sushi I've ever had! The staff is the standard of what other restaurants must be...Really enjoyed our appetizer Beef Maki (so delicate! and my entree Seafood Udon, I will definitely return!

This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was both flavorful and delicious. I tried the "Role of Heaven," and it was fantastic. My husband, who is a huge fan, really enjoyed the Karatamba. This is definitely a place to enjoy with friends—you won't be disappointed!
