I visited the place regularly on my frequent travel to mexiko. there are sometimes mariachis that makes the place authentic and cool, but. this time (probably...because it was in the middle of the week) Disco music! it was so loud that we had a bad time. we politely asked twice to lower the volume. it had only some effects for one or two songs and the loud music was back! neither nice nor respectful of customers. How good was that eating? I honestly don't remember. was the music good? not to my ears. old disco style music (as late 70s, early 80s,) that should correspond to my personal taste as 50-year chap. but not a single hit! it looks as if the quiet some people are unpleasant, as they are likely to face the need to be themselves. in the present case, it definitiw the feeling of enjoying good eating. No, he pasado un buen rato.
The nopalito must have been a beautiful place 50 years ago. the garden is still pretty, but the restaurant itself and eating are now quite dated. Sunday brunch is a real disappointment at over 200 pesos.
Unless they are already fed with tacos, chili, guacamole and tortillas, they will appreciate this side, with beautiful interior garden and even 2 different Mariachi bands play all the time. the ant eggs eaten here were much better and tasteful. It's a pity that I just saw beer.
On our way to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, we stopped here for lunch (somewhat out of the blue) and were not disappointed. We were a party 8, including kids, and they accommodated our every request, from seating to drinks to food. The restaurant is very spacious with an indoor and outdoor (kind of) patio. We chose the patio, primarily for the kids. The food was fresh, original and authentic. Its a great location, so if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.
On the way to the basilica of our dear wife of guadalupe we stopped here for lunch (something from the blue) and were not disappointed. we were a party 8, including children, and they have our every question, from sitting up to drinking to eating. The restaurant is very spacious with an indoor and outdoor area (art) terrace. we chose the terrace, especially for the children. eating was fresh, original and authentic. it is a great situation, so if they are in the opposite, they will not be disappointed.
