Excellent ambience with live music... but it is one of the weak point also. Music is loud, u can't even hear ur partner's voice. Service is average. Reason being is the loud music, the waiters cant hear ur order probably and they often serve wrong or misheard orders. Food quality is good but has a long way to go when as compared with Central Park or Motimahal. Service 2 out of 5 Food 3.5 out of 5 Ambience 4 out of 5 Overall experience is an average. :

Interiors are the best. The bestest and classy interiors i have ever seen. But cons are cons. Lets start with it. 1. Highly overpriced. 2. When you are placing the order, they take a lot of time for serving more than 30 mins 3. When we visited there, we have ordered a tomato soup. After taking the order, we have to wait for 20-30 mins. And after that the waiter comes and he said that tomato soup isn't available. And he asked to order something else. Like seriouslly, you are letting your customer wait for 30-35 mints after taking the order and now you are giving excuses. We started going from the place then suddenly mirracle happened, the waiter said that he will be bringing tomato soup. This behavior was actually very stupid and discusting. So yes an average customer service is there. Overall a fairly average experience regarding the service and price. The food is ok ok. But if you want to see a metro city kind of cafe. Then this place have awesome interiors.

Ambiance is good. Food quality is too bad. Serving food without proper cooking especially Non vegetarian food. it's second time I am having experience.

Saw New Way Of Ordering Here Which Is Digital Ordering .Other Than That Nothing Impressed Me At All .The Food Was Boring As Hell.They Definitely Lack In Taste .The Dishes Are Quite Over Priced If We Consider The Quantity .There Is No Valid Reason To Pay So Much For Food Which Is Normal In Taste .Giving 1 Star Because Its a Up Scaled Ambiance And Most Of The Rating Are Biased To it .I Expect Food With Better Taste and Quantity .
