It was a touching tribute as Malcolm and his wife Non were the former owners of the tearoom, both now deceased. The buffet was lovely, and we sat with friends and family, reminiscing and sharing memories of our beloved Malcolm.
We were warmly welcomed at this restaurant for breakfast, as we arrived early and were among the first customers. The breakfast served was a good and satisfying meal. The staff was friendly and the restaurant facilities were clean and well-maintained.
I recently dined at Russell's Cafe for lunch on Saturday and left feeling satisfied and content. My daughter wanted a dish that wasn't on the menu - bacon, beans and toast - and the chef happily prepared it for her. I enjoyed the homemade leek and potato soup and a delicious BLT sandwich, while my wife opted for the same soup and a bacon, brie and cranberry roll. We all enjoyed our meals and the warm welcome we received at this cafe. I highly recommend it for delicious food and friendly service.
We enjoyed a delicious tuna sandwich served with tasty side salad and ready salted crisps at Russell Cafe today. The service was friendly and efficient. Tea was plentiful in the pot. We also savoured a cake. Highly recommended.
Lovely breakfast .... egg, bacon, sausage, beans, toast and hot drink. Good value £8.00 for the full Welsh breakfast. Friendly service, would definitely go back. Nice venue.
