The Eagles Inn - Gwynedd

Lovely quiet and very friendly pub serving delicious good quality food. Although they do not accept dogs inside they do have wooden pods outside where we had great food and drinks.

We visited as a very large group but the service was fantastic! The lady behind the bar was great and encouraged us to practise our Welsh. The food was really tasty with generous portions and the bread and butter pudding was amazing. Great service, great food, great staff and lots of Cymraeg spoken what’s not to love!!! Da iawn!!

We dined here twice throughout our stay. The food is absolutely delicious. They know how to cook using locally sourced produce, the chicken fillet in wine and mushroom sauce and the steak and ale pie were second to none! We can't recommend highly enough but the lovely Welsh hostess (I wish we had gotten her name) really made both of our visits. She is an absolute credit. Thank you again for making our holiday.

We had a fantastic family meal at this restaurant. The bartender was excellent, making sure to check all the kids' meals for allergens (as they have an egg allergy), and the service was excellent overall. The meals were fantastic, with a fresh, home-cooked style. The kids loved the chicken nuggets, describing them as better than McDonald's and the best meal ever.

Fantastic Home cooked meals with generous portions. Fantastic staff and a real gem in a small village. Local lamb dishes are a must.
