Zizza Pizza - Gwynedd

I ordered a pizza and unfortunately found some mold on the tuna topping. The worst part is that I had already eaten most of the pizza. Now my stomach feels terrible. It seems that the person preparing my order either didn't notice the mold or didn't think I would notice. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant again. There are many other takeout options in Bangor that offer much higher quality food.

I ordered two lamb Donner kebab wraps for myself and my housemate and we were blown away! The wraps were perfectly toasted and grilled, the meat was juicy, the salad was fresh, and the garlic mayo and chili sauce were amazing. Despite being a bit picky after a few drinks, we both agreed that it was the perfect amount of food and incredibly delicious. The order only took between 20-30 minutes, which was impressive for a late Saturday night. Overall, we really enjoyed the service.

I ordered a home delivery from Zizza Pizza at 19:40 using their website it said delivery will be with you in 40 minutes (20:20) it got to 20:30 so I called Zizza Pizza to ask where my order was, they said their was no order for me even though the money had been taken out of my bank and after a few minutes they found it and said they didn 't see it and would start it and it would be about 30 minutes, after saying I wanted a refund to get a Chinese they said they would give me a 1.5 litre of pepsi as compensation so I agreed. 35/40 minutes had passed and just as I called them the driver showed up with my order and a small 380ml can of Pepsi. When I explained that they man on the phone said I would get a free bottle of pepsi max as I had been waiting over an hour at this point he said he was only the driver and could do nothing which is understandable. After calling Zizza Pizza again to say what I had happen the man on the phone had said thats life and hung out, when I called back again he hung out immediately after realising it was me again. They messed up the order and gave us medium kebabs rather than the large we paid for and the chips were tiny, I could fit the whole portion in my hand, we also ordered 6 onion rings but got 4 and added onions, cabbage, cucumber and tomato to my kebab even though id stated plain. I 'll get a Chinese next time or try another kebab house in the area

We wanted pizza, so we went to the restaurant ourselves to pick it up as they also offer delivery. We opted for the large pizzas (14 pounds each), one of which was a Meat Feast. The staff was very friendly and informed us that because our order was over 20 pounds, we were entitled to a free Garlic Bread and Cheese, which we chose. The pizzas were delicious and packed with our choice of toppings, well-cooked and not burnt. They also offer soft drinks in 1.5-liter bottles, which are not listed on the menu, and we preferred them over cans. Overall, a very good choice.

Used this place a few times now and I've never had a bad meal I've tried their wedges for the first time tonight and they are lovely.... the pizza is beyond nice lovely and very tasty.... the customer service aswell is brill very polite on the phone and delivery time is good... so glad this place has opened
