How to order at Hazelhurst Cafe: You are obliged to find the menu at the front table and take it to a table you find in the cafe.

Very disappointing, especially when already visited previously. Not enough options, customer service minimal. Unfortunately now moving on to better locations for breakfast. Not everyone wants a big brekkie! Also disappointing when you don't have options for eggs fried, scrambled or poached. Only scrambled or poached, can you believe! Plus told not negotiable!

A member of my family visited this cafe with me recently. They are vegetarian and I was disappointed to see the extremely minimal options on the menu. This particular relative has a severe eating disorder. When politely asking your staff member if we could swap out a part of the meal we were pint blank told no, the chef doesn't like changing the dishes. My first point would be that I can't imagine the cafe will enjoy much success without being willing to cater to individuals, my second point would be to encourage your staff and team to think about the reasons someone may want to swap out an option, and to think about the repercussion of lazy service.

Great choice on menu and food was delicious. I had a vegetable tart which was fabulous. Presentation of all 6 meals at our table was outstanding. Lovely setting either indoor or on terrace, or grassed area.
