A traditional family type fish restaurant in Györ. The food was very good and fresh. Fast service, the personal is very friendly. I really liked it and will be coming back here.
Located at the edge of a Gyor suburb, so you need your GPS to find it. We sat in the covered outside terrace area which was rustic wooden benches, but view of unkempt back yard was disappointing. Service quite good little German or English spoken, though 30 minutes drive from Austria and Slovakia), credit cards not accepted. Food good enough but nothing to write home about chicken fillet stuffed with tinned) peaches at height of fresh peach season, flaked potatoes uninspiring needed seasoning and garlic. No main meal salads or pasta dishes on the menu, which specialises in Hungarian food, but after driving 3 hours across Hungary in 33C heat, we didn 't want goulash. We paid HF 4900 £13.84) for two main meals and two 50cl alcohol free beers, which we think is reasonable. Popular with the locals. We eat out a lot all over Europe, and three stars is a fair rating, in our view.
Famous of their best Hungarian species fish dishes around győr, they proved it several times for me.
Good, not expensive
