Buffalo Grill - Gypsum

Very friendly service and the food is great! Will come again.

This place has THE strangest hours. We'd love to enjoy a burger here for dinner some night, but it's 6pm on a Saturday and they look long closed. The reviews say the breakfast burrito is good... but the sign definitely says bar grill? Others say they run out of liquor? Not sure what's going on here but they would for sure do more business if they had some more structure behind their concept.

We stopped at this restaurant because of the advertisement in their windows stating the best bison burger . When we attempted to order the burgers, we were told that the meat for the day has not come in yet. So we settled for Grilled Ham Cheese and Streak Wrap with a side of fries each. The waiter told us we could pick another side as two sides came with the meal but we had to tell her a couple of times that we just wanted fries. Overall, the food was good but the condiments containers (mustard,ketchup,pepper,salt) could be cleaned as they were all sticky to the touch.

Went to watch the game on Sunday with my family. The food specials were SUPERB. Don't take my word for it, just go and get your authentic, friendly, bar-game on in Gypsum. We needed a place to go around here, this is it.

Nice hometown atmosphere little restaurant we came across. Our meals were delicious although needed to take home some because they make sure you don't leave hungry. Very friendly waitress, owner and people that live there...will be stopping back on my way through another time. I give it a 5 star
