Rooftop Cafe - Ha Long

Really beautiful view! They only serve lunch and breakfast. At night you can only order drinks so if you are looking for dinner go elsewhere

The food is good and the price is good. The prospects are so good. I am a tricky personality. I recommend this place to you.F10 very good F3 not bad must go 10th floor

We didn't pay anything at all. They let us sit there for for hours and served us free tea. Very nice very of the bay and city.

Burger was tasteless. The patty was too thick and very bland. Don't expect sauce on your buns. Too expensive (150k for burger+ a bit of fries) for what you get. It felt too heavy after the meal. But the staff is very friendly.

They advertise “the best burgers in town” on a sign in front. I sit down to order burger and told it’s too cold to prepare burger. Left and turned their sign around. Never BS a westerner especially USA or Aussies on burgers. Went to Chichi HaLong restaurant nearby. Fantastic food and service there I rate 5 stars
