I have lived over a year in hairy and never noticed this restaurant, but better late than never! this place is a new favorite. the food was absolutely delicious and bursting with taste. the wine variety is limited, but a beautiful selection. I ordered a hendricks gin tonic and it could be that it was the best I ever had in my life. I highly recommend to give el pincho an attempt as they will not be disappointed.

We had a delightful evening here. Was fantastic to sample many great dishes. The jamon Iberico really stood out as our favorite. This was a delightful tapa fix . The atmosphere of the restaurant was crowded and lively we 'll definitely return.

Ok, read the previous reviews. Agree on some levels, but we are in the Netherlands were the option is pickled herring. So, as an alternative, the servos is good, the food is good, the location is good, the atmosphere is good, and the wine is good. It's not 100% Spain, but it's pretty close, especially if you are looking for something other the pickled herring.
