We had a good time in the Ehlener Poststubes today and were not disappointed. As an appetizer there were fried juniper breast on field salad, when the main dish pork fillet under the apple mustard crate at pumpkinrisotto with goat cheese. Steaks from the deer lobe in cherry pudder sauce and deer back with apple cuckoo in the hazelnut crawl super combination! at cream wesing and pick noodles and at the end bratapfel parfait with pine nut caramel. Next to us snowed the wood stove and outside! It was crazy. You're welcome.

On the spot boiled beef fillet with Café de Paris butter on crisp seasonal vegetables and a super tasty carving from the farm in Sesampanade on the Bärlauch-Schmandsoße and everything in a wonderful and beautiful atmosphere. Bravo and thanks. 5 stars of us. Jochen and Sabine Herzog
