Jiro inspired ramen joint. The difference between Dada and other Jiro style shops is that Dada uses non-emulsified soup. I prefer this place over the near by, ever-so-busy, Ramen Jiro Yaenkaido because it isn't as salty and there's rarely a line when I get there. Minimum with extra veggies fills me up just right, and I appreciate the fact that they have chopped onions for the Hachioji ramen lovers too.

One of my favorite places for Ramen! The part is big and it tastes sooo good, even the guy who makes it so beautiful.

16:00を過ぎたのですが、昼過ぎでした。 数人でワンオフの操作でしたが、カスタマーサービスからサービスまで良かったと感じ、おいしかったです。
