The Cheesecake Factory - Hackensack

The server was fantastic, and the entree was excellent. However, I’m giving it two stars for the takeaway dessert. The slice of cake was in pieces and appeared to have been carelessly tossed into a takeout box. I paid $9.50 for something I ultimately ended up discarding, as I didn’t feel comfortable eating it in that condition. I would appreciate it if someone from Cheesecake could reach out to me regarding how they can make this right.

The menu is extensive and the portion sizes are generous. We visited for dinner, and even at 5 PM, the place was bustling with patrons. They have a great selection of appetizers, including delicious fried shrimp. The main courses were satisfactory, but the real draw here is the impressive variety of cheesecakes.

I finally enjoyed brunch here, and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend trying the strawberries for dessert. The presentation of all the dishes was excellent. The servers were consistently polite and attentive. Plus, they offer the famous bread and butter for brunch, which is a must-try!

Once I got home and opened my bag, I was very disappointed to find that my meal was not what I had ordered. Instead of the chicken and broccoli pasta, I received something else entirely. I'm genuinely let down by this experience. I've been a loyal customer at the Cheesecake Factory for years, and I'd be happy to update my review if my issue is resolved.

I went there for a graduation lunch and have historically loved this place. However, it's been quite crowded lately, and the food has become mediocre at best. If the only option were the cheesecake, I'd consider picking it up, but otherwise, the dishes are bland and underseasoned. While the food is edible, the customer service is good. The staff is attentive and quick.
