The app has been a game-changer, but on my last visit, there were so many pre-orders that it became confusing to know whose order was being called out. I have also experienced technical issues with ordering kiosks at another branch during breakfast (when I went to McDonald's). I trust that Leon, as the owner of EGGroup, is capable of fixing these technological issues. Please address this soon!
I ordered a crispy chicken wrap that came in a foil wrapper at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was not freshly made as the chicken was soggy and the entire wrap was served cold. On a positive note, I also tried a festive coffee that was very enjoyable.
I absolutely adore the vegan love burgers at this restaurant! They are delicious. However, I was really put off by the incredibly rude staff. Could someone kindly inform the small, loud woman behind the counter that no matter how loudly she shouts, we still can't hear her? The staff seemed irritated and came across as very rude.
Could not eat the burger. On reading the small print, it contains chipotle chilli powder, and I can't eat chilli. But that was not mentioned on the menu. Won't visit Leon again!
30mins to wait for my order as they forgot it, multiple people served before me. Staff visibly annoyed to be there and messing about having a laugh. Seemed to be annoyed and frustrated at the customers, shouting at people if they were ready to order. What a bizarre experience.
