Contribuisci feedbackThis is the only restaurant worth visiting. The waitstaff, especially Barb, are all fantastic. Barb is incredibly attentive and quick, providing excellent service. She is friendly and ensures that both adults and children have a great dining experience. We never have to wait long for our drinks or food.
Changed menu, shorter menu with most of my favorites gone , significantly raised prices. No senior menu anymore. Will no longer be my go to place for lunch or dinner. ?
Overall I like Friendlys. They have the best waffle fries. I'm disappointed they don't do breakfast anymore. They had one of the better breakfast in the area. Maybe have breakfast at least on the weekends?
Everything seemed fine at first we were greeted and sat right away. Service started off good and then went down-hill from there. Waitress came over and took my son and my friend's order. I asked her to just come back in a minute after putting in their order so that I could just take a minute to decide. 25 minutes later we had to flag her down to ask #1 why she never came back to take my order and #2 where the mac and cheese and grilled cheese were as it should not have taken this long to make. She told me that she figured she would wait until their food came I didn't ask for that I asked for one minute. She finally took my order and came back 10 minutes later to bring the mac and cheese and grilled cheese. Another 20/25 minutes go by and my order was still not delivered. Mind you I ordered premade soup and a caesar salad. Her face told me that she forgot about it. At least 5 minutes later she came back with it, telling me it was just made in the back. She delivered the food and never checked back. As I was left with no silverware, I ended up using my toddler's fork that thank goodness I brought. About 5 minutes later, I found a giant black hair in my food. Seeing how she never came back to check, we had to flag down a manager, which was even more of a joke. He was very rude argued with me about when I put in the order, only constantly stated that the waitress has been there for 3 years. Also argued with me that the salad should have chicken on it. I advised him several times that I asked not to have chicken on it. He was extremely insensitive and did not even apologize once. He proceeded to tell me, Well I already comped for food so there is nothing else I can do Well, you know there is this called an apology how's that for starters!?!?!?!?? He also complained about the 60+ hours a week that he works so if my friend ever goes back, that he's sure to be there. Then he had the audacity to proceed to talk about my friend and I with the waitress and continued to glare over at us during his conversation with her. He was very rude and unprofessional and I do not see myself ever going back there not unless they get a new manager. I'm honestly not one to complain but this experience was just terrible and it needs to be known. They have absolutely lost my business!
You can go wrong here. Great service and food always.
