To be honest, it had been about four years since I last tried the pizza at this restaurant, but I remember it being good. However, the Happy Goat salad (see picture attached) is absolutely amazing. The ingredients are simple, but the balance of flavors is perfect. The pesto doesn't overpower the paprika, the goat cheese doesn't overpower the pesto, you get the idea. The texture is also spot on, which is important for someone like me who is neurodivergent. The salad is not too crunchy, the carrots are not too crispy, and the marinated peppers are just right. It's like hitting the Goldilocks Zone for everything.

I had a truly special dining experience at this restaurant. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, especially the pizza, bread, and garden salad. I am already looking forward to returning soon.
