I highly recommend this place because it's rare to find vegan food in Busan. The food may not be exceptional, but it gets the job done. They also offer a variety of side dishes, although I'm not certain if all of them are vegan.
At first, it was a bit challenging to locate the restaurant, but it was definitely worth the effort. Using Naver maps led us to a building with a directory listing all the companies inside. To find the entrance to the restaurant, we simply needed to turn left at the bus stop. The restaurant is tucked away in an alley in the building, so it can be confusing without clear directions. The restaurant owner, who speaks limited English, was very kind and accommodating. She explained that they serve temple food, which does not include meat or fish in their Bibimbap. Eggs are available for an additional cost upon request. The vegetables and rice were served separately, and we requested the sauce on the side for those who prefer milder flavors. The meal included side dishes and soup, although it is unclear if they are completely vegan. Overall, the meal was simple yet delicious. It seemed that they don't receive many tourists, but the prices were budget-friendly compared to European standards (we paid 18.5€ for 3 people).
The owner provided us with side dishes of bean paste and red pepper paste, which were very flavorful. The tofu was also delicious and we mixed it with the bibimbap.
