Le Premier - Hagatna

I consider this restaurant to be one of my top five places for a Japanese-themed lunch buffet. They often include some child-friendly, local, and Korean dishes as part of the selection. During the summer months, most customers are tourists with children, which can make it a bit noisy at times. The tables are spacious enough, providing good elbow room for 4-5 adults. The buffet price covers a variety of desserts and offers a selection of refillable beverages. And let’s not forget, the view is certainly an added bonus.

The Thanksgiving brunch offered a wide variety of dishes, although there were very few traditional American holiday options available. Instead, there was an abundance of seafood and tender lechon. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout the experience.

The restaurant offers a buffet for dinner on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays. The food was enjoyable.

Always good food during weekday lunch. One empty star for the roach running around and the constant refill of small food trays.
