Arby's - Hagerstown

I had a disappointing experience with the roast beef at this restaurant. The meat looked green and seemed spoiled. When I approached the manager about it, she didn't seem to be concerned at all. I offered to bring the meat in to show her, but she dismissed my offer, saying it wasn't necessary. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

I stopped by this Arby's on my way home after a tough day at work. When I went through the drive-thru, I placed my order and pulled up to the window, where I was greeted with a friendly smile. I asked the staff member her name, and she introduced herself as Aleah. I've been through the drive-thru several times with her, and she has consistently been quick, polite, and cheerful. It really lifted my spirits to receive my hot food promptly, and the shake was just right. I also want to express my gratitude to Aleah for being so kind when I realized I had forgotten my wallet—she even covered the cost of my kids’ sandwiches. Thank you to all the Arby's employees on Sharpsburg Pike for their excellent service. I'll definitely be back soon (and I promise I won't forget my wallet next time)!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The curly fries weren't fully cooked; they were half raw. My roast beef sandwich had an unusual taste, and my husband couldn't even take a bite of his buffalo chicken slider because the chicken was hard and rubbery. I probably won't be returning to this location. Overall, it was a letdown!

Waited at the counter 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. No one made any move to help me even though there were no other customers there. One guy went past about 4 times and looked at me but didn’t offer to help.
