Rik's Cafe - Hagerstown

OMG! First time here based on Trip Advisor’s #1 rating. Fantastic hostess, great bar/server staff, great friendly interaction between staff members and with their customers. Food was perfectly cooked, well presented and absolutely fresh and delicious. We had the scallop special and the lamb burger. Can’t say enough!

I do enjoy dining at Riks .. great servers .. food selections right on top of anyone’s list .. never had one bad meal there ..and then to have management come over to everyone’s table to chat .. hoping one day to see Riks on Diners Drive Ins and Dives. !!

Fantastic food and service. Don’t let the location fool you...from appetizers to dessert (and drinks) this place delivers flavor in a relaxed atmosphere.

Stopped in today and got the Bison Burger. I must say, that is one tasty burger! My girlfriend got the French dip and like everything else ever ordered, it set the standard. This place never disappoints no matter what section of the menu we order from. Keep the great food and good times coming!

Came to Rik's on the recommendation of the owners of the Elmwood Farm B&B. Glad we did. Everyone on staff were friendly and eager to serve, ensuring a pleasant experience. Great cocktail selection I had the Dirty Local martini. Delicious. We split the Salmon Carpaccio. Wonderful balance of flavors, and yes that includes the arugula and spiced pita chips. Then I ordered the Epic Crab Grilled cheese, truly an epic sandwich. Wife had the Blackened Mahi Tacos, also delicious. Desserts were tempting and we gave in to said temptation with the peanut butter cake. Wonderful meal. Yes, gem of a place in a strip shopping area. Never judge a book by it's cover, or location in this case.
